Sheryl Boatz, Au.D., FAAA

Dr. Boatz is a native of Illinois. She came to Terre Haute in 1998. She has practiced audiology since 1981, and her training and extensive experience includes:

Doctor of Audiology, 2005, Arizona School of Health Sciences of the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences
Master of Science, Audiology, 1980, and Bachelor of Science with high honors in Speech Pathology, 1979, Illinois State University

Licensed audiologist, Indiana (plus inactive Illinois license)

Fellow, American Academy of Audiology
Earned the Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 1982

Meet our Patient Care Coordinator (reception/scheduling focus) and Audiology Assistant

Lori is an Illinois native who has a life time of front desk and customer service experience.  She schedules appointments, welcomes patients as they come in and checks insurance benefits.  She also does some cleaning and troubleshooting of hearing aids, sends orders and repairs to hearing aid manufacturers, and receives and preps items as they come in to our office. Lori loves assisting Dr. Boatz and doing anything to make the process run smoothly when helping our patients.

Marriah McKillop

Meet our Patient Care Coordinator (bookkeeping/billing focus) and Audiology Assistant

Marriah is a Terre Haute native and proud graduate of Butler University.  She is currently a graduate student at Indiana University’s Doctor of Audiology program, and also helps us part-time.  She really enjoys learning from both Dr. Boatz and her patients!
